Government Directives to Increase Oil Exports Volume and Diversify Marketing Outlets
The Prime Minister's Office has issued strict directives on the necessity of following up on the file of increasing the volume of oil exports and working diligently to diversify export outlets, with the aim of maximizing national revenues and overcoming the challenges hindering export operations. The Ministry of Oil headquarters witnessed high-level meetings to discuss the progress of work on oil projects and assess the measures taken to address the repercussions of regional crises affecting the export movement. Projects for investing in associated gas and the challenges facing their completion were also reviewed. The discussions addressed mechanisms for finding alternative and diverse export outlets, implementing relevant government decisions, in addition to following up on diplomatic efforts aimed at activating agreements to export oil by land through neighboring countries.
