Tehran Confirms the Removal of the Nuclear File from the Negotiation Table by a Sovereign Decision

Iranian National Security Committee member Mojtaba Zarei, quoting Iran's chief negotiator Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, revealed a supreme leadership decision to exclude the nuclear file from any current negotiation rounds. Zarei explained in press statements that this decision is sovereign and comes in compliance with the Supreme Leader's directives. He added that the Iranian negotiator stressed to the American side the non-negotiability of the technical aspects of the nuclear program, simultaneously affirming that Tehran's positions regarding regional files are firm and cannot be fragmented or compromised in any settlements.
