Minister of Electricity Allocates Hotlines for Receiving and Resolving Citizens' Complaints Instantly
On Thursday, the Minister of Electricity, Ali Saadi Wahib, urged citizens across all provinces to communicate directly with the Ministry via designated hotlines for power supply complaints, ensuring rapid response and resolution of technical issues. An official statement detailed the geographically distributed hotlines: (157 for Al-Karkh, 158 for Al-Rusafa, 1012 for Sadr City, 159 for other provinces excluding the Kurdistan Region, and 5608 for the Ministry's headquarters, available to all provinces). This initiative is part of the Ministry's efforts to elevate service standards and maintain effective communication with the public.
